Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to serve our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Includes basic tracking
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our premium vaping products including ELF Bar, Lost Mary, Vuse Pro, and other leading brands. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging must be intact
- Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on the following products once opened:
- All DISPOSABLES VAPES (including ELF BAR 600, Lost Mary BM600, Lost Mary Tappo, SKE CRYSTAL BAR)
- VAPE PODS that have been opened or used
- NICOTINE POUCHES that have been opened
These items may only be returned if unopened and in original sealed packaging.
Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request

- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Body:
- Your full name and contact information
- Order number
- Product(s) to return/exchange with quantities
- Reason for return/exchange
- Confirmation that items are in original condition
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review within 1-2 business days and email you:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Exchange options (if applicable)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Package item securely in original packaging
- Include order confirmation or packing slip

Step 4: Processing
Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. We’ll email you when:
- Your refund has been issued
- Or your exchange item has been shipped
Refund Information
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement after receiving your return
- Standard shipping fees apply unless exchange is due to our error
- You’ll receive tracking information for your replacement
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to:
- Wrong item shipped
- Defective product
- Our error
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged/defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
- We’ll arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost
